Arumaya Residence is a apartment building structure project intended as efficient, effective, and economic residential area, Arumaya Residence located in TB Simatupang area, South Jakarta is the result of the collaboration project between Astra International and Hongkong Land. Arumaya Residence is a 24 floors residences with the swimming pool placed on the top of its roof. The location is very strategic, with the easy access to JORR Toll Road and MRT Station. The project schedule to be completed in 2022.
